I have received nothing but outstanding service since I switched to Rule 2 years ago. 3 weeks ago my glasses broke and I did not have a back up pair. Ryan was so helpful. He tried numerous times to temporarily fix my frames until my new ones came in. Unfortunately he couldn't do it. Rich, the lab tech, let me use an extra pair of his personal frames that just happen to fit my lenses. Without Rich going the extra mile I would have struggled severely at work. When my frames came in I immediately had Ryan help me order a second set of glasses!! I highly recommend Rule Eye Care.
